Every year, I look forward to Customer Service Week in early October. It’s a chance highlight all the hard work and effort put in day-in and day-out to deliver excellent customer service to our customers, clients and guests.

This year, its October 7-11 and the theme is “Above & Beyond.” I’ve got a lot of plans to help you prepare for this special week, but first I’d love to know: what’s the best customer service experience you’ve ever had, when someone went above and beyond to provide memorable service?

I share a recent experience with this kind of unforgettable service in this month’s video, and I’m also excited to open up the conversation to your nominations. Let’s celebrate those who consistently go above and beyond! The week is a chance to celebrate your team’s efforts and embody this year’s theme, so use this form to nominate the coworker and colleagues going above and beyond, and I’ll recognize a selection of these shining examples during Customer Service Week!
