Celebrating 20 Years in Business

Where did the time go? I blinked, and it’s been twenty years since I started my business as a professional speaker. On December 8th, I marked two decades of criss-crossing the country to speak to associations, businesses, organizations and more about customer service and team-building. It’s been an amazing way to make a living, and along the way I’ve learned a lot.

Reflecting on this milestone, I recently recorded a quick video to share the two lessons I’ve learned and the biggest mistake of my career. There have certainly been more than both along the way, but as I thought about what I wanted to share with you, these rose to the top.

Oh, and keep an eye out for a blooper at the end. No way would I edit that part out! After all, part of the fun these last 20 years has been keeping it real with you at every twist and turn. Here’s to getting some real work done in 2018!
